We will paint, clean, and check for proper operation of systems and appliances prior to your move in.
Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform work?
No, you do not have to be present for a service technician to perform work.
Do you have on-site maintenance?
Yes, we have on-site maintenance. We also have maintenance on-call for after-hours emergencies.
An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?
For a maintenance request, you may submit a work order through the resident portal.
What happens if I am locked out?
If it occurs during business hours, you can come to the office to borrow a key. If it occurs after hours, you will need to contact a locksmith for assistance.
Is your community pet friendly?
Yes, Alta Riverwalk knows that furry friends are just as much part of the family as anyone and that's why we are happy to be a pet-friendly property. A leash-free pet park and pet spa are among the amenities to make your four-legged loved ones as comfortable as you. We have a 2 pet limit with NO weight restrictions.
What appliances are standard?
Refrigerator with an ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
No, we do not.
How long does it take for an application to be approved?
About 24-48 hours or two business days.
What are my options for paying my rent?
You can pay in the office with a cashiers check or personal check or you can pay online with a credit card.
Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?
Yes, please see the leasing office for specific insurance requirements.
If my situation changes can I get out of my lease?
There is a clause that will allow for early termination of the lease with associated fees.
How do I set up my utilities?
The office will handle water, sewer, trash & pest control on your behalf. You will need to make arrangements for any phone, cable, electric or internet services.
Is there public transportation within close proximity of the buildings?
Yes, there are several bus stops located within walking distance from Alta Riverwalk.
Which school district are you in?
Metro Nashville Public Schools.
How do I get to your community?
Take I-40 to exit 85 for Rosa Parks Blvd towards US-41A/State Capitol/Farmers Mkt/Metro Center. Keep right at fork, following signs for Metro Center/Watkins College. Merge onto Rosa L Parks Blvd. Turn right on Dominican Drive and immediate left onto French Landing Dr. Turn right on Vantage Way. Turn left on Great Circle Rd. Alta Riverwalk is ahead to the left.
